Lawyers using social site to screen jurors

    It's already being used to screen job applicants -- and now trial lawyers are finding a new use for Facebook.
    They're turning to Facebook and other social networking sites to help them evaluate potential jurors.
    Lawyers are looking for information about someone's political and other views.
    But University of Virginia law professor Bob Saylor says the new tool should be used carefully, because lawyers may end up over-reacting to too much information.
